I was so sick of buying cheap ass clothes that didn't last & looked the same as everyone else was wearing... sick of being told these clothes are for men OR women... so jayne doe is dead was born!
For me, clothes represent who what we stand for! jayne doe is dead is all about saying fuck you to society. I hate that we have one set of clothes for men and one set for women (and what about everyone else!!).
I hate that the expectation is after you turn 30 you’ll “grow up” and start dressing like a normie, that curvy people and men shouldn't wear crop tops!
Fuck that. I’m 49 and I intend to dress like teenage Jayne forever! I don’t have a flat stomach but I’m wearing that fucking crop top.
I make clothes for people who are cool, but kind and don’t follow stupid social rules. Probably creative, possibly ND, most likely queer and definitely stand out.
Style the shit outta these tees or wear them just as they are, they are versatile as fuck. I absolutely love when people cut up my tees and customize them.
