RETURNS

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.

You can return your item/s for store credit, exchange or refund to the original payment method. Please note we do not issue refunds for afterpay as we have already incurred fees for this payment method. If you paid on afterpay you can exchange or obtain store credit.

Exchanges & Refunds:

• For exchanges and returns you are responsible for the return shipping cost

• To start a return or exchange please contact us by email on jayne@jaynedoeisdead.com and include your order number

• We do not ship new items or refund until we receive the items

• Please allow 7-10 business days for refund and 2 business days for exchange processing

• Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused with all the tags attached, and undamaged in original packaging with no visible signs of wear

• You must include your packing slip with your returned order

• International orders must pay for shipping both ways

• Sales items are non-refundable

• If you choose to obtain a refund, you will have to pay for the shipping for items to be returned. Once items are received, if they meet the above conditions, a refund will be issued within 7 – 10 business days and you'll receive an email advising its been processed
